I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary, and I have been supporting individuals in the Edmonton area since 2018. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and move toward the life they want to live. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, non-profit organizations, and correctional centres. These diverse experiences have helped me develop a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy and a deep respect for each person's unique story.

I am trained in both cognitive and body-based therapies, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am especially passionate about using Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to help you better understand your nervous system, build resilience, and create lasting change. Together, we can explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck while helping your mind and body find a greater sense of safety and balance.

When I am not working, I love to travel, go to concerts, and spend time with my partner and dog, Jasper. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
